Gusts of 35 to 45 mph will be commonplace, while humidities drop below 15 percent for the second straight day. While portions of the area, particularly Harding and eastern San Miguel counties, received wetting rainfall on Friday and Saturday afternoons, these dry conditions will rapidly dry out fine fuels such as grasses.
